Payment Options

At STILNEX we offer several secure payment methods to give you a safe and smooth shopping experience:

• Credit and Debit Cards

  We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All card transactions are encrypted and secure.

• PayPal

  For UK customers we offer payment via PayPal - a quick, easy and secure way to pay directly from your account.

• Invoice

  For larger orders or tailored garments we offer invoice with 14 days payment terms. This must be arranged in advance.

Payment Process

1. Select your products and add them to the cart
2. Proceed to checkout and select your preferred payment method
3. Enter the required information
4. Confirm the order
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email

Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. For international customers, the amount will be charged in GBP, and your bank will convert the amount to your local currency.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment you will receive:

• Immediate on-screen confirmation
• Order confirmation by email
• Payment receipt

Payment Reservation

For card payments, the amount is reserved on your card when the order is placed. The amount is charged when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
